Here is a color conversion chart we often refer to that offers conversions of Pantone spot colors to RGB color values (Red/Green/Blue) as well as Hexadecimal color values.

Pantone's proprietary color matching system doesn't make it easy to find RGB or hexadecimal equivalents for swatching colors in different photo or design applications.
